Company & Performance Year End Show Info - That's a Wrap 2023

Hello everyone! We are so excited for our Company & Performance year end show! How wonderful to get back to Surrey Arts Centre and celebrating our end of the year - That's a Wrap 2023!

From 1:00-1:30 we will have a Grad reception in the foyer of the Surrey Arts Centre. Mix and mingle, dressed to impress, take photos and see our A3 Company Grads in their grad dresses. Around 1:30 we will move to the theatre for a Grad presentation and some awards. Dancers coming for awards & the grad reception can set up their stuff in the changerooms at 12:45. If dancers are not attending the presentation, please be at the theatre at 1:45 dressed for their first routine. Show will start at 2:30pm.  

Tickets are $33. Tickets will be available to purchase starting June 1st. Tickets must be purchased through the Surrey Arts Centre. It is reserved seating.

Company Registration

Registration begins Monday May 29 for our current Company students.

We are asking for a commitment fee that will be due by June 29 to hold your spot in your group. The commitment fees are non-refundable. The commitment fee that is paid will go towards your September monthly fees. Then on Sept 1 the remaining fees owed plus the registration fee will be due.

Company students can expect to receive an email from Allison with your class placement and your commitment fee amount by May 29th.

You will need to email your child's schedule to Lauren at info@affinitydance.com and then etransfer your commitment fee to affinityetransfers@gmail.com. You will be emailed the remaining amount owing for Sept 1 at that time.

Registration Dates
Solo/Duo/Trio Registration

Our Solo/Duo/Trio registration will begin on Monday May 1st. The pricing sheet will be emailed out on that date.

Referrals

You all helped so much last year with your referrals to Affinity. Let's keep them coming! We would love to see lots of new students join us this year. You can help us with spreading the word about our studio & programs to your friends and family.

For every NEW student who registers, we will give a $25 credit to the family that referred them, to go towards their monthly dance fees. Please ensure your friends know to say your name at the time they register. Credits will be applied to your April dance fees.
