Traditional Pilates

This is the form of Pilates designed by Joseph Pilates himself meant to challenge the core, sculpt abdominals, strengthen the back and tone the body creating long lean muscles.

Flow Pilates

Traditional poses and stretches are modified and linked together to create a challenging, choreographed class that takes on a cardio element similar to Vinyasa Yoga… but without the Yoga.

Balls and Bands

Traditional Pilates exercise are combined with exercise balls and bands to add a challenging resistance and balance element to the class.
